Meet Hayley
My name is Hayley Strite, and I’m the face behind Rare Bird Design Co!
In 2020, during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, I had the wacky idea to start my own business. I created Rare Bird with a deep desire to build beautiful brand identities and assets for various businesses. Throughout my design career, I’ve worked both within corporate and agency settings, which has allowed me to develop a well-rounded skillset. Through Rare Bird, I gave myself an outlet to combine strategy and creativity in a way that can empower clients and help connect with their customers and community in a special and meaningful way.
When I’m not seeking creative inspiration or obsessing over choosing the perfect typeface (it’s a very important decision), I enjoy stress baking for friends and family, drinking chai lattes, or going to concerts with my husband.
Values
Educate Along the Way
As the subject matter expert, it is important to me to educate clients throughout our time working together to better understand the creative process.
Create to Last
Longevity is in the forefront of my mind in everything I create. We’re not just building your brand for today, we’re building them for your future, to stand the test of time.
All Are Welcome
It’s not about “I”, it’s about “we.” All community members are welcome here. Everyone deserves to see the best their business can be.
What I’ll need from you:
Trust: There’s no need for you to fret about all the details while we work together! I am here to take care of your needs and ensure you end up with beautiful, high-quality designs that will not only look great, but serve a purpose.
Clear Communication: Stating all expectations and deadlines at the beginning of the process helps everything go so much smoother! Clear, concise, and timely feedback is so helpful and will ultimately ensure you end up happy.
Enthusiasm: Working together is so exciting! I love what I do and making sure you are satisfied and excited with the end result is what matters most to me! What can I say? It’s contagious.
